Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Fontrise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Service description
Fontrise lets Shopify merchants browse fonts, upload permitted custom font files, assign typography to storefront elements, and publish those choices through a Shopify theme app embed.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fontrise to upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful files; interfere with Shopify or Fontrise systems; reverse engineer the app; or violate applicable laws or Shopify policies.
Fonts and intellectual property
Google Fonts and hosted open-source fonts are served under their respective open-source licenses. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use any custom font files in your store. APPSarise does not grant rights to third-party fonts beyond the rights provided by their owners or licenses.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify Billing. Shopify displays subscription pricing and approval terms before you accept a charge. You can cancel a paid plan from Fontrise settings, after which Free plan limits apply.
Termination
You may stop using Fontrise at any time by disconnecting your store or uninstalling the app from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal or security risk.
Disclaimer
Fontrise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every theme customization, or that every font will render identically across all browsers and devices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPSarise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Fontrise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to APPSarise’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory local consumer or merchant protection laws provide otherwise.
